On behalf of the Citizens of Labette County, Kansas... Welcome!  The Labette County Attorney is elected every four years and is the chief prosecutor for Labette County, Kansas.

 

This office has jurisdiction over any criminal matter that takes place within Labette County, Kansas unless it is yielded to a municipality under their city ordinances as allowed by state law.  The Labette County Attorney's office consists of the County Attorney and five staff members.
