To apply for a diversion, please download the application at the bottom of the page and read the document carefully.  Fill out the entire document, and do not leave any sections blank.  Failure to fill out the entire application will result in the application being denied.  Return the application to the County Attorney's Office along with the application fee in the form of a money order for $15.00 made to the order of: "Labette County Treasurer."  Your application will not be considered without the application fee.
