Click the link below to download the diversion application.  Please read the document carefully.  Fill out every part of the form.  If all parts are not filled out, the application may be denied.  The application must be filled out by the juvenile and must be in their handwriting.  Mail the document to our office with a money order for $15.00 made to the order of: "Labette County Treasurer" for your application to be considered.
